List of bilingual counselors in Metro Atlanta 

 

In order to serve our community, we have included a list of bilingual therapists in Metro Atlanta. The bilingual services listed include most Spanish speaking counselors / therapists in Atlanta. It is important to contact each therapist to request information about the services offered and professional fees. There should be other bilingual therapists offering services in Georgia. If you know of a bilingual therapist not listed, please let us know to include his or her name in this list. If a therapist does not want to be listed on this list, call us or send us an email.

Regarding the counseling profession, the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia indicate:

  • Holds at least a Master's degree in Counseling.
  • Has at least four years of Clinical Intership with directed and supervised experience.
  • Is licensed by the Secretary of State Georgia Composite Board of Licensed Professional Counselors, Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists.
  • Completes yearly continued education and training required for state licensure.

An LPC provides counseling and support to individuals diagnosed with clinical disorders.
